Who we are

This website is operated by SHOT Belfast Limited, 2 Montgomery Street, Belfast BT1 4NX, Northern Ireland. You can contact us at hello@shotbelfast.com. When we say “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms, we mean SHOT Belfast Limited.

Ordering

When you place an order on this site, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch your items — at that point a contract is formed between us. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch (for example, if an item is unavailable or there’s an obvious pricing error); if we do, we’ll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT.
• Delivery is charged on top, at the rates shown on our Delivery & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
• Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions deliver coffee monthly or fortnightly — you choose the frequency.
• UK delivery is free on every subscription bag.
• You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months at any time.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect from your next billing cycle, and you’ll still receive anything you’ve already paid for.
• Prepaid plans (3, 6 or 12 months, at 10%, 15% or 20% off respectively) are non-refundable once purchased, but they can be paused just like a rolling subscription.

Returns and refunds

Your rights to return items and how refunds work are set out on our Delivery & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
