My mother loved coffee. Every day, the aroma of fresh coffee filled our house. That smell became part of my childhood — a comfort, a ritual, a connection to something deeper.

For the last 20 years, I've been travelling the world, always searching for that perfect cup. Every country, every culture, every coffee tradition — I wanted to understand it all.

Then I found Finca Jerusalén. When I tasted their coffee, I knew this was it. This was the coffee I'd been searching for my whole life.

After years of searching and tasting coffee across Europe, SHOT Belfast was created to bring truly exceptional lots home.

This wasn't built from a business plan — it was built from obsession. Going place to place, tasting the best, and refusing to settle for average.
