THE ORIGIN
Finca Jerusalén.
Honduras.
At 1,600 metres in the Honduran mountains, surrounded by tropical rainforest, something extraordinary grows. Volcanic soil, tropical altitude, and five generations of cultivation expertise produce coffee that scores SCA 90+ and reaches up to 96 points.

FINCA JERUSALÉN
A Legacy
Since 1869
In the heart of Trinidad, Santa Barbara, Honduras, lies a 120-hectare coffee farm with roots stretching back over 150 years. Finca Jerusalén isn't just a farm — it's a family legacy, carefully nurtured through generations.
Today, Jose Francisco Cuellar Fajardo continues his family's tradition, growing exceptional Arabica coffee at elevations between 1,300 and 1,600 metres. The farm exists in harmony with the surrounding tropical mountain rainforest — a perfect microclimate for developing complex, nuanced flavours.
Every cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness. Every bean is carefully processed. Every cup tells the story of this remarkable place.
We work directly with the farm through our partner Malgorzata Ebel — a direct trade relationship that ensures fair prices, full traceability, and the freedom to select only the finest microlots each harvest. Read about our direct trade partnership →
