Delivery

We roast and ship from Belfast. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

• Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) — £3.99, estimated 1–3 working days.
• Express UK Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) — £4.45, estimated next business day.
• Standard Ireland Delivery (tracked) — £5.99, estimated 2–4 working days.

Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from the moment you place your order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Subscribers get free UK delivery on every bag — no minimum spend, on every delivery for as long as your subscription runs.

Returns

Coffee is a fresh product, so our returns policy follows the rules for perishable goods:

• You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 cooling-off period.
• We can only accept returns of unopened bags with the seal intact. Once a bag is opened, it is exempt from the cooling-off right as a perishable, hygiene-sealed good — we can’t take it back or resell it.

How to return something:

1. Email us first at hello@shotbelfast.com with your order number and tell us what you’d like to return.
2. We’ll confirm the return and give you the address to send it to.
3. Post the unopened item back to us. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your return, to the payment method you used at checkout.

Faulty or damaged goods: if your order arrives damaged, or there’s something wrong with it, email us with your order number and a photo if you can. We’ll replace it or refund you in full — and the return postage is on us.
