Choose your coffee and delivery frequency (monthly or fortnightly). We'll roast and ship a fresh bag on your schedule. You'll be charged automatically each cycle. Pause or cancel anytime from your account portal.
Prepaid plans let you pay upfront for 3, 6, or 12 months of coffee at a discounted rate. Deliveries are sent monthly for the duration of your plan.
Yes! Log in to your subscription portal via the Account page. From there you can switch between Jaguar and Black Panther, change your delivery frequency, or update your shipping address.
Yes. All subscription plans include free standard UK delivery on every bag. No hidden fees, no delivery charges — just great coffee at your door.
Absolutely. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months or cancel entirely from your account portal. No commitments, no cancellation fees. Prepaid plans can be paused but are non-refundable.
All subscription bags are shipped as whole beans for maximum freshness. If you need a specific grind, get in touch via our Contact page and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
